NYSE Pediment Puzzle
In 1903 the American sculptor John Quincy Adams Ward designed the pediment of the NYSE façade. Entitled “Integrity Protecting the Works of Man," the pediment stands today as one of the most recognizable and photographed assets of the NYSE building. These classical sculptures figuratively represent the sources of American prosperity, depicting Integrity in the center; agriculture and mining to the left; science, industry and invention to the right; and the waves on either edge as the ocean-to-ocean influence of the Exchange. 500 piece puzzle.
